Warranty Guideline
Transparent coverage terms designed to protect your business.
1.1 Warranty Registration
The complete engine is covered by a one-year warranty. Please scan the QR code and submit the warranty registration before installation.
1.2 Warranty Start Date
The warranty period starts from the date the warranty registration is submitted.
(Engines not registered for warranty will not be covered.)
1.3 Wear Parts
Water pump, valve cover gasket, front/rear crankshaft seals, cylinder head gasket, spark plugs, and oil pan gasket.
1.4 Medium-term Components
Valve wear, bearing wear, camshaft wear, chain elongation, and timing belt breakage.
1.5 Major Components
Crankshaft breakage, connecting rod breakage, camshaft breakage, and valve breakage.
Exemption Clause
Conditions where warranty does not apply.
Cooling System
- (2.1) Poor-quality antifreeze/tap water causing overheating/corrosion.
- (2.2) Coolant leakage or aging of the system.
Lubrication System
- (2.3) Low-quality lubricants or oil filters.
- (2.4) Gum build-up from poor-quality lubricants.
Air Intake System
- (2.5) Ring wear from poor air filters.
- (2.6) Valve seat damage from poor intakes.
- (2.7) Foreign objects due to unclean manifold.
Fuel Type
- (2.8) Engines powered by natural gas are not covered.
