The D4CB is Hyundai-Kia's 2.5-litre common-rail diesel: a turbocharged, intercooled inline-four with a cast-iron block, an aluminium head and a timing chain.

Is this D4CB new or remanufactured?

It is remanufactured. The long block is rebuilt, inspected before shipment and covered by a 6-month warranty.

How do I choose between the Delphi and Bosch versions?

Check the label on the high-pressure pump or injectors of your original engine. This long block is the Delphi version; send a photo of the label and we will confirm the match.

Are the turbocharger, injectors and pump included?

No. They are quoted separately from the long block. List them in your inquiry if you need them with your engine.

Will it fit my Starex, H-1, Porter or Bongo III?

Send your VIN, the original D4CB marking, the injection-system label and engine photos. We check the version for your vehicle before you order.

Is this D4CB a complete engine or a long block?

It is a long block: the assembled cylinder block and cylinder head with the crankshaft, pistons, camshafts and timing chain. Intake, fuel-system and electrical parts can be added to your quotation.

What warranty comes with the D4CB long block?

6 months. Coverage and conditions are written into your order.

Do I need to replace the timing chain when installing?

No. The long block is supplied with its timing chain and timing cover already fitted. Fit new gaskets and check the cooling and fuel connections when you install it.

Can I order one engine, and how long does delivery take?

Yes, the minimum order is one unit. Orders usually ship within 7 to 30 days depending on quantity.

Which trade terms do you offer?
